Refund policy

All Sales are Final: Because products are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.

Damaged Items: If a product that you order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage/defect to request a replacement. We will then contact the printer and initiate a replacement request on your behalf.

14 Day Policy: We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means if an item arrives defective or damaged, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union : Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, custom-printed items shall follow the same rules as above.
